About Just 1 Kid
Just imagine the progress we could make in tackling teen homelessness if every American did one simple thing to help just one kid. That's the thought that launched the Just 1 Kid campaign, and why we're asking you to join us.
Light a candle, donate, take action, share our message. Every effort counts and the difference we'll make together in the lives of street kids will be monumental!
Over the years, the actions of people like you have:
- Brought attention to the national crisis of youth homelessness and called for greater advocacy on behalf of homeless youth struggling everyday to survive;
- Sent messages to kids still on the streets letting them know that there are places to find immediate help and healing;
- Raised funds for programs providing vital services – shelter, counseling, transitional living, health services and educational/vocational training to over a million homeless kids.
